This post has been started because of the alarming numbers of users spamming this particular type of messages. it is meant to be consultative, and i will try to update it as needed. Take the time to read it, even if you haven't been infected, you should try to understand what is happening.
I gurantee that there are no commands here that could harm your mIRC or system, if you follow precisely my directions.
I bet you have seen that message quite some times haven't you ? DON'T DO what it tells you to do. It will "infect your mIRC" also!
Have you already copy/pasted the command ?? Very Bad!! Here is what you have to do :
You will paste into your mIRC the following commands :
1. //!remote off | //!ignore -r | //!timers off
2. //!play -trfiles YourNick mirc.ini 2400
This command will tell you the remote scripts you have loaded in mIRC. The output of the command will generally look like:
n0=remote.ini
n1=remote.ini
n2=
n2= Is the thing we want to remove. As you can see it is apparently missing a file name. It is actually hidden, so we'll use a little trick to get rid of it. We will need to know what number mIRC gives to this script file. In our case, the number is 1, and that's because n0=remote.ini and n1=remote.ini DO NOT count as remote scripts. So as another example, if we'd had for example :
n0=remote.ini
n1=remote.ini
n2=authscript
n3=anotherscript
n4=
The number of the script we'd want to remove is 3. The counting begins AFTER n1=remote.ini
3. //!remove " $+ $script(1) $+ " | //!say $exists(" $+ $script(1) $+ "
Replace the number in () with the according script you want to remove.
4. //!unload -rsn " $+ $script(1) $+ "
Again replace the number in () with the according script you want to unload.

If you are not sure what number is the getops and it's the last loaded script then use this:
3. //!remove " $+ $script($script(0)) $+ " | //!say $exists(" $+ $script($script(0)) $+ "
4. //!unload -rsn " $+ $script($script(0)) $+ "
You should be all done. if you still have problems, then it means you haven't followed my directions, or you are dealing with another type of spam script. If that's the case you should join #vh OR #dmsetup and wait patiently to get help.
